Local Medical Center Audio-Visual Upgrades

Project Overview
A large medical center in Boston, MA is unveiling a new office space in one of the wings of their building. Our audio-visual team was busy throughout the month of January 2026 getting their individual offices, conference rooms, and huddle rooms set up with new displays and programming them to be user friendly for the new tenants. We also installed a sound masking system to reduce distractions and increase privacy in this professional setting.
In the same medical center, our A/V team installed nine wall-mounted scheduling panels throughout a different wing of the building. These panels display the schedules for their respective rooms allowing potential users to see when the spaces are available for use.
Another room, used as an event space, received an audio upgrade with 4 Slim Wall speaker arrays, each with 4 speakers. Additionally in this room, we installed 2 Sub Bass speakers; in total, 2,200 watts of audio were added to the space. An additional iPad control was added to the system so Media Services can easily make adjustments during an event.
