Project Overview
A local hospital approached MEC concerning the poor audio quality in the event space of one of their buildings. The original audio system installed was grossly undersized, resulting in poor audio quality. This required their media staff to set up speakers on poles and run cables along the floor for every Event.
This was a challenging space with 19′ ceilings. MEC installed 4 Slim Wall speaker arrays, each with 4 speakers. Additionally, we installed 2 Sub Bass speakers. In total, 2,200 watts of audio were added to the space.
An additional iPad control was added to the system for Media Services adjustments during an event.
