Project Overview

This ground-up build added a new structure to an existing 55+ luxury condo complex. These stunning condos have various floor layouts and overlook the 18th fairway of Atkinson Country Club. We were additionally awarded Building 2 where construction began in October 2024, just after wrapping up Building 3. This project is located just down the street from the gorgeous Atkinson Country Club.

While the Holy Cross campus was quiet over winter break, the MEC A/V Team was hard at work improving classrooms by installing new audio-visual technology.🔊

Projectors and projection screens, displays, speakers and other A/V equipment were installed throughout various buildings on campus to improve the learning experience for students while being easy to use for faculty and staff. College of the Holy Cross is ready to start strong this spring semester!📝📚

A media services member for a local hospital network sent us a very kind email regarding one of our audio-visual technicians, Will.

Will has been a part of the MEC Team for over three years now and has been a part of many higher education and healthcare A/V projects. We truly appreciate receiving recognition like this and having another reason to congratulate specific members of our team for their hard work.💪

The MEC Team had a great time at our holiday party last week at the Establishment in Chelmsford, MA. We were able to present our monthly All Company Huddle in person, enjoyed some great food and gifted some fun raffle items.🎉

It’s always special seeing the whole team spending time together in one place!

One of our electrical team members grabbed this beautiful early morning photo across the landscape for an upcoming car dealership project.🌅

This blank canvas will come together as the new Westborough Hyundai dealership later this year with MEC heading the electrical fit out.

Throughout 2025, we helped create some amazing structures, brought life-saving healthcare units to life, and improved the higher education landscape with tons of new audio-visual equipment.

Part of our audio-visual team is back at Bunker Hill this week for more classrooms installs while the students are away for winter break.

We also have crews working at College of the Holy Cross, another repeat A/V client of ours, while their students are away from campus to improve the student learning experience. Some of the products we use to enhance these institutions include cameras, speakers, displays, projectors, microphones, control panels and video conferencing software.🔊

A little over a year ago, we completed the renovation of an old department store into a new Stop & Shop with two retail spaces also renovated within the building.🔴🟢

Our structured cabling and electrical teams brought this project to fruition by heading the electrical fit out, fire alarm system and integrated controls with the building management system.

Our A/V team recently had a request for a sound masking system at a local hospital which consists of the installation of these small, round speakers in the ceiling. 🔊

Sound masking is a revolutionary approach that generates a soft, unobtrusive background sound, often compared to the flow of air. This sound is specifically designed to mask or cover up human speech, making conversations less intelligible and thus less distracting. It’s a strategic addition to any modern design, not only improving privacy but also significantly enhancing focus and productivity in various settings.
