MEC Electrical is chosen to provide the electrical and telecommunication installation on the 37,000 square foot educational facility in Haverhill for Opportunity Works. The $6.4 million building will include twelve specialized classrooms to offer a variety of integrated, multi-disciplinary supports and services. Opportunity Works, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that serves hundreds of men and women with disabilities from 19 communities throughout the Merrimack Valley. The new facility is being built on land abutting Northern Essex Community College and is slated to open in the fall of 2014.
